Circular walls are everywhere in Su Nuraxi: in the courtyard and tower complex and throughout the village. This large settlement—which dates back to the Final Bronze Age (1150-850 BCE)—had circular huts with walls of basalt blocks and roofs made of poles and branches, if not of stone.
