The "Italy at Columbia" lecture series invites prominent Columbia University professors to open one of their regularly scheduled classes to the public, bringing students and the community together in the Academy building.

This lecture is part of Prof. Tommasino's course, "Mediterranean contacts, Mediterranean conflicts" which proposes a new approach to Medieval and Early Modern Italian Literature.

Join us as Prof. Tommasino shares his knowledge of the linguistic, textual, bibliographic, and religious relations between Southern Europe and the Muslim World.
