TENET
The Fall 2012 concert series at Columbia University’s Italian Academy for Advanced Studies begins on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 7:00 PM with a performance of Claudio Monteverdi’s “Madrigals of Love and War” by the celebrated early-music ensemble TENET led by soprano Jolle Greenleaf.
For this performance, TENET will be joined by acclaimed violinist, conductor, and music director of Blue Heron, Scott Metcalfe, along with musicians from TENET’s roster including artistic director Jolle Greenleaf and Molly Quinn, sopranos; Jason McStoots, Aaron Sheehan, Sumner Thompson, tenors; Mischa Bouvier, baritone; Hank Heijink and Daniel Swenberg, theorbos; Avi Stein, harpsichord; and special guest Robert Mealy, violin.
