Pierluigi Paracchi is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Genenta Science (Nasdaq: GNTA), currently evolving into Saentra Forge, an industrial consolidator focused on biotechnology and strategic sectors, including defense and aerospace. He serves as Chairman of Fondazione Praexidia and Chairman of Praexidia Industrie Strategiche (Euronext: PRXD). He is also Moderator of the National Working Table for the Internationalization of the Biotechnology Sector, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He serves on the Board of Guarantors of the Italian Academy at Columbia University. Previously, he founded and led Quantica SGR, co-founded Axòn Capital, and served as Venture Consultant at Sofinnova Partners. He has also served on the Executive Committee of Federchimica–Assobiotec and is a Board Member of InnovUp.
